EO Sydney is the Sydney chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global peer network for entrepreneurs and business owners, providing opportunities for members to connect, learn and share experiences.
AME was engaged to take over the management of EO Sydney at a time when the chapter needed greater structure and consistency across its operations. Our role was to get the association back on track and establish stronger foundations for its ongoing management and growth.
EO Sydney needed greater structure across its operations, with unclear team responsibilities, inconsistent processes and limited visibility over costs and revenue. The challenge was to stabilise the day-to-day management of the chapter while putting the systems, processes and financial controls in place to support its future.

The engagement focused on strengthening EO Sydney’s operations, improving financial oversight and creating greater consistency in how the chapter was managed.
Team Structure and Responsibilities:
Reviewed the existing team structure and clarified roles and responsibilities to improve accountability and ensure key areas of the chapter were effectively managed.
Systems and Processes:
Reviewed and systemised operational processes, introducing documented procedures, checklists and task management software to create consistency and visibility across day-to-day management.
Financial Management & Revenue:
Reviewed expenditure and financial processes to identify efficiencies, while also assessing and implementing strategies to strengthen revenue and improve the chapter’s financial position.
