The Australian and New Zealand Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ANZSEV) is a society for researchers, clinicians and industry professionals advancing extracellular vesicle research across Australia and New Zealand. The Society promotes collaboration, scientific excellence and knowledge sharing through education, networking and its annual scientific meeting.
AME manages the Society's day-to-day operations, providing governance, member services, financial administration and event management while supporting the Board to deliver the Society's strategic objectives.
ANZSEV approached AME seeking a more responsive and transparent association management model. Beyond improving day-to-day support, the Committee wanted greater ownership and visibility across the Society's operations. Critical systems, software subscriptions and financial services were managed externally, making it difficult to oversee the Society's activities, understand its financial position and maintain control of its operational assets. The Society was seeking a management model that provided greater governance, accountability, transparency and long-term sustainability.

This engagement focuses on delivering transparent association management while ensuring the Society retains ownership, visibility and control across all aspects of its operations.
Society Ownership & Control
Transitions all critical systems, including email, website, software subscriptions, banking and digital assets into the Society's ownership, ensuring long-term continuity, independence and committee control.
Transparent Financial Management
Provides a fixed-fee management model where the Society receives all income directly, pays its own expenses and has complete visibility of its financial performance through clear, transparent reporting.
Ongoing Association Management
Manages the Society's day-to-day operations, including governance support, member services, communications, financial administration and delivery of the annual conference.
